How the goods will be delivered?

Once you have placed order with us and the transaction is valid, an e-mail will be sent to you for confirming your ordering details. The order will be delivered from our warehouse within 24 hours if they are all in stock. Should not all your goods in stock, we will advise you estimated leadtime and ask the customer whether partial shipment is accepted or not.

You can assign you own courier to collect the products by providing your courier collect account no. Otherwise, we will deliver the goods by FedEx, DHL, UPS or TNT.

Title and risk of loss pass to Purchaser on delivery to the common carrier. If product was damaged in transit, recipient must file claim with carrier. Any discrepancies with the order must be reported to Go4Fiber within 48 hours of receipts.
