1550nm Low-Vπ LiNbO3 MIOC

             The 1550nm low half wave voltage lithium niobate multi-function integrated optical chip (MIOC) is manufactured by micro-electronics technology. There are several functional units integrated on the same chip, including polarizer, splitter, combiner, phase modulator,etc.

            The MIOC is available in two types of package.
