830nm MIOC

          The mini lithium niobate multi-function integrated optical chip (MIOC) is designed to minimize the size of the miniaturized system while keeping the performance and reliability at a high level. There are several functional units integrated on the same chip, including polarizer, splitter, combiner, phase modulator, etc.

          The MIOC is available in two types of package.
