Product Features

          This product is a kind of inertial angular rate sensor based on Sagnac, which is used to measure the angular rate movement of the carrier around the sensitive axis of the product. This product takes the fiber coil as the angular rate sensitive unit and the closed-loop detection circuit as the basis. The phase difference caused by the angular rate of the fiber coil sensitivity is transformed into an intensity signal by means of interference, and the detection circuit converts the intensity signal into a voltage signal again and detects the signal through modulation and demodulation, and then feeds it back into the optical circuit as a feedback signal, to realize the closed-loop control. The inertial sensor, which is composed of the optical system and the corresponding power supply and data processing circuits, can provide three-axis angle incremental information. At the same time, this product is integrated with ADXL357 from ADI, a low-noise, low-drift, low-power 3-axis MEMS accelerometer with a digital output interface was selected to provide three-axis acceleration increment information.

 

Product Composition

The product consists mainly of the following components:

  1. a)    Optical path: including light source, coupler, MIOC, fiber coil and PIN-FET.
  2. b)    Circuitry: including the main board integrated MEMS accelerometer, light source board, andpre-amplifier board.
