Overview

     The OEAS2000 accelerometer is a capacitive MEMS-based high-performance digital accelerometer for seismic, vibration, and inertial applications. This series of accelerometers uses high-performance ASICs and MEMS sensors to form a closed-loop system, and has superior noise, dynamic range, nonlinearity, repeatability, temperature drift, shock resistance, etc., and is one of the most competitive products in the industry.

    The OEAS2000 has an SPI digital interface and supports on-chip temperature compensation.
