Overview

        The PA8611 is designed for high-speed polarization analysis and monitoring. The instrument uses four channels to simultaneously acquire four Stokes parameters and measure the instantaneous state of polarization (SOP) and degree of polarization (DOP) of the input beam. The sampling rate can be up to 10 k/s. The PA8611 is equipped with software that displays the polarization state in real time on a Bonga sphere window. By combining the PA8612 polarization state thermal cycling heater, the polarization extinction ratio (PER) of narrowband light can be measured by the measurement technique of heating the optical fiber.
