Product Composition:

① Model No: WET-100 Integrated Y-waveguide Electrical Tester WET-100 (used to test the waveguide during the integration of products, can accurately collect the signal and display it in the host computer, the acquisition accuracy of 5mV)

② PC terminal (in the PC terminal can be directly visualized interface to view the parameters of the waveguide device).

③ Oscilloscope (choose oscilloscope bandwidth: 300MHz acquisition rate: 2GSa/s)

④ Signal generator (choose dual-channel signal generator: bandwidth: 50MHz acquisition rate: 250MSa/s)

⑤ To be tested waveguide chip (chip is divided into two ends, single arm for the input, dual-arm for the output, and the back of the ⑥ ⑦ connected to the back of the ⑥ ⑥ Waveguide Input)
