          5214C is a high-precision dual-axial MEMS accelerometer, using a special capacitive microsensor technology to output two axial acceleration at the same time, based on the capacitive principle of the capacitance of the pole distance change type of capacitance sensors, the low-frequency response from 0Hz, with high measurement accuracy, stable output, small temperature drift, etc., and the output of the 4-20mA current signal. Sensor sensitive components and built-in circuitry are encapsulated in a gas-sealed housing with mounting holes and gas-sealed connectors, which is waterproof and dustproof to a certain extent and suitable for installation and use in the field.
