MEMS Capacitive Accelerometer VCOE-5360A

         The 5360A is a low-cost triaxial MEMS accelerometer that utilizes a variable capacitance MEMS sensitive element to simultaneously output acceleration signals in three axial directions. The sensor sensitive element and built-in circuitry are encapsulated in a gas-sealed housing with mounting holes, and the integrated cable design provides a certain degree of waterproof and dustproof effect. With good temperature stability and accuracy, it is specially designed for small vibration measurements in harsh field environments.
