SA-01/02A Single-axis Accelerometer

         The SA-01/02A series of Single-axis accelerometer consists of two series: general-purpose and high-precision.  This product is used as a sensor for measuring single-axis vibration acceleration.  It utilizes a high-precision MEMS chip with a BIMOS signal limiting circuit. Designed with multi-user needs in mind, it is manufactured using surface mount process technology. It has high reliability and high package robustness, and has a Self-Test function for BIT (Built-In-Test) testing.
